B-Roll Credit Copier插件描述

This Chrome extension copies tabdelimited metadata about video clips from a number of stock footage  video websites. This allows broll researchers on documentary films to quickly  easily flag  track footage that may be of interest to the production.

When youre on a website with footage that the extension is programmed to recognize, the extension icon should appear blue right next to the address bar. Click on the icon  press the keyboard shtcut altc (optionc on a Mac)  the proper metadata will be copied to the clipboard. You can then go to a spreadsheet program  paste the metadata into the spreadsheet.

The extension copies the following fields in der:
* Filename  typically blank, it is left to the video edit to download the footage  populate this field in a spreadsheet
* Description  in most s, the title of the video file
* Source  the name of the website the footage came from
* License  any infmation about the copyright status of the clip (Creative Commons, Public Domain, etc.)
* Credit  who should the clip be credited to
* Link  link back to the video page
* Note  usually blank
* Initials  initials of the researcher who found the clip

The extension will warn you if the footage you have selected is not in high definition  if the footage does not have a Creative Commons  other similarly permissive license.

The first time you use the extension  periodically afterwards, the extension will prompt you to enter  confirm your initials.

You can manually change your initials by right clicking on the icon  choosing "Set Initials." You can also enable  disable the sounds from the right click menu. Igne "Reset Initials"  "Reset Last Update Time." These are f debugging purposes.

B-Roll Credit Copier插件离线安装方法

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 B-Roll Credit CopierChrome插件v2.2.9版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
