Site Traffic Estimation
Find out how popular a website is  get an instant rough estimate how many people visit this website. To estimate a rough number f site traffic Dataprovider.com uses a self maintained map of the web  connects this to ISP data, Hosting data  social media usage. 

Heartbeat 
Our inhouse developed Heartbeat gives you an insight into the (commercial) development of a website. Use it to determine whether it is being updated  maintained. A stable  increasing Heartbeat means the website is doing well, but a decreasing Heartbeat shows that a website is being aboned.

Economic Footprint
You can find visit numbers f most websites, but what if you want to know me about its size? Our Economic Footprint can be used as a  to estimate the number of visits, turnover  the size of a business. It provides you with unique infmation on the economic impact of a web page.

Trust Sce
Many people buy products online. Criminals know this,  try to trick people into buying from fake online stes. They can earn money if you buy their fake products,  even use your payment  login credentials to commit further fraud. Our Extension detects these fake online stes  shows you a warning when you are on them. In addition, it lets you see how trustwthy a website is by showing a Trust Sce f each website.

If we want to make the Internet me transparent, we need to collect me data. Our Extension helps us do just that. Each time you visit a website that isn’t in our database yet, we can add it to our indexation. This helps us better develop our Sces  exp what we know about the Internet. In turn, we give this data back to you via this Extension. Please note that we only track publicly available infmation  that all data is sted anonymously.
                                

Dataprovider website insights插件离线安装方法

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 Dataprovider website insightsChrome插件v1.2.2版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
