Block any website easily (such as Facebook, Twitter, Twitch, ...), stay focused  do great wk. Stop wasting hours on distracting sites  use your day better. 

★ Block sites
Block any site easily to be productive. F example, if you want to block Facebook, add facebook.com to your blocklist  every time you try to access Facebook, a "Blocked" page will be shown instead.

★ Scheduling
With Focus, you can create schedules, such as "Block Twitter  Youtube from Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM"  "Block social media after 10PM every day".

★ Maximum time per day
If you want to browse a useful site (ex: Facebook) each day, but not f too long, you can easily do so by setting a maximum time allowed per day (ex: 1 hour). This way, you can still access it but you dont waste too much time.

★ Multiple Blocklists
You can have multiple blocklists, each having a list of blocked sites  their own schedule. This allows you, f example, to block Social Media only after 10PM  News only during weekdays.

★ Premade suggestions
Add common sites very quickly thanks to readymade suggestions such as Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Youtube, Instagram,  many me...

★ Whitelist Mode
When you really need to focus, you can start Whitelist mode, which blocks all websites. If you want, you can add some exceptions though, which is useful if you want to fce yourself to only access some sites  block every other.

★ Freeze mode
To avoid cheating, you can activate freeze mode, which will make it impossible to unblock sites f a certain amount of time. F example, if you blocked Youtube, Freeze mode will make it impossible to cheat to unblock it.

★ Redirect when reaching a blocked page
If you visit a blocked website, Focus can redirect you to a different page. This can be anything, from the New Yk Times to a beautiful images site. Your imagination is the limit.

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 Focus - Block websites and Avoid DistractionsChrome插件v0.1.28版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
