The SFR Spotter extension helps you find a profitable Single Family Rental on Zillow. Whether youre in wholesaling  a buyhold invest, SFR spotter is the tool f you.

Save your time  money by using this extension to "spot" a profitable rental property right in the zillow search results without leaving the site. The extension goes behind the scenes to get the rent Zestimate, does the math f you  present you with cashoncash ROI based on your preselected financial criteria. This is done f a whole page of results at a time.

Just enter your financial preferences into the extension (down payment, mtgage plan  interest rate, insurance, ... etc), press the "Spot SFR" button  voila!. Seconds later youll see the expected ROI of each listing in the results right on top of its picture.

You can also get into each property page to see a break down of the numbers in two scenarios: a) if you get the property on the asked price,  b) if you get it on Zestimate price.

Imptant to know:
 Youll need to sign up befe you are able to use the extension. No credit card needed to sign up.
 The SFR Spotter extension is free to try f 7 days. After the trial, youll need to subscribe to continue using it.
 F now, the SFR Spotter wks only on zillow.com. New sites are coming soon on the road map.
 You’d need a Zillow API key to run the extension. You can get one f free if you have a Zillow account. We’ll show you how.
 There’s a limit of the number of investment properties the extension can analyze per day. This limit is imposed by Zillow API key terms of use  it’s set at 1,000 property/day.

SFR Spotter插件离线安装方法

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 SFR SpotterChrome插件v1.0.1版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
