Attempting to gain unauthized access to the Software, user accounts, computer systems  netwks;
Linking, uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting  otherwise making available any content that (a) you do not have a right to make available under any law,  under any contractual  fiduciary relationships, (b) infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright  other proprietary rights of any party;
Collecting  harvesting any personally identifiable infmation, including account names  email addresses, from the Software;
Using the communication systems provided by the Software (as applicable) f any commercial solicitation purposes,  linking, uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting  otherwise making available any unsolicited  unauthized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes,"  any other fm of solicitation in connection with the Software;
Linking, uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting  otherwise making available any material that contains software viruses  any other computer code, viruses, malware, bots, files  programs designed to interrupt, damage, disable, overburden, impair, destroy  limit the functionality of any computer software  hardware  telecommunications equipment;
Using the Software (including, but not limited to, any chat room, fums  communication systems provided by  available through the Software)  any content thereon to promote, conduct,  contribute to activities that in the Company’s sole discretion are fraudulent, obscene, pnographic, commercial, inappropriate  illegal,  which promotes hatred towards any group of people;
Violating any applicable local, state, national  international law, rule  regulation,  harm  infringe upon the right of any other person  entity, including, without limitation, the intellectual property  privacy rights of any person  entity; 
Allowing  facilitating any third party to do any of the fegoing.
We will have the right to terminate your access to the Software, in our sole discretion, immediately  with  without cause. We may, in our sole discretion  at any time, in any way, f any reason, change  discontinue any part of the Software.

You agree that you are solely responsible,  the Company has no responsibility to you  to any third party, f your Use of the Software  any ThirdParty Components (as described below)  your breach of your obligations under this Agreement  f the consequences thereof. Furtherme, you are solely responsible  liable f any activity by any person who Uses the Software through your subscription, where applicable. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthized Use suspected by you  any other breach of security known  suspected by you.

Ultimate Weather插件离线安装方法

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 Ultimate WeatherChrome插件v1.1.0.1版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
