Need to look up the UPC (Unique Product Code) f a particular product, find the product f a given UPC,  reversesearch an Amazon ASIN to look up a UPC?

Or maybe you are just a deming shopper,  want to be able to find the lowest price online quickly  easily?

The UPCZilla is a simple  unobtrusive Chrome extension that lets you do all this:

 search f a product by name  find possible UPC codes
 look up a 12digit UPC code  find what product (if any) it relates to
 search an Amazon ASIN  get UPC  price comparison infmation
 search f a product by name  quickly get a price comparison listing that helps you home in on the lowest price from a large number of online retailers

Finding UPCs is never an exact science, we cant promise a 100% success rate, but if its sold online,  it has a UPC, UPCZilla will have a good try at finding it.

UPCZilla is a lightweight search extension f the UPCZilla.com website  it does not monit your surfing habits  filter your web content in any way. Just click the UPCZilla barcode icon f a dropdown search box, enter the product name  UPC code you are looking f,  let UPCZilla do the rest.

New feature added: the UPCZilla popup now also includes a feed of "Price Alerts"  these are products found by our Price Tracker which have been significantly discounted since our engine last checked the price. These Price Alerts will be really useful if you resell things online,  if you are just looking f a bargain f yourself. It shouldnt affect your experience if you JUST want to use the search fm  you can disable this feature using the checkbox.
                                

UPCZilla Search插件离线安装方法

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 UPCZilla SearchChrome插件v1.8.1版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
