In this opptunities, I would like to discuss about “Idealism”  “Realism”.
To start about this, we need to step a few years back. Many years ago, I had a lofty goals f two different domains; the first f myself, the second is f the wld. As a young, newly published  ambitious writer, I wanted to scale the literary heights  take my place among the wld’s most widely read  bestloved writers! As a young teacher, I wanted to inspire the girls  boys facing me every mning with their neat school unifms  eager, trusting faces, to go fth  change the wld!
Alas, the reality has fallen far sht of the ideal in both domains. Although I have succeeded in getting internationally published, I am nowhere in the big league. As f my students, as far as I know, the majity of them are too preoccupied with making a good living  ensuring that their children attain the same material success to have other goals. 
I have since of course realise that in the imperfect wld we live in, idealism often has given way to realism, that indeed dreams do sometimes shatter painfully against the hard realities of day to day existence. 
There are two main reasons f this. Firstly, idealist are often blissfully unaware of their own limitations,  hence, of the considerable gap  their actual talents  the envisioned goal. This is particularly true in one’s youth, a time of life when the body is strong, the heart hopeful,  the spirit hopelessly romantic. 
Secondly, idealist often fget that they live in a wld of great complexity, flux  change. Mindblogging advances in technology, occuring almost on a daily basis, impact on virtually every sphere of human activity  decisiontaking, from making a living to taking a public st on social  mal values. This means that the individual has to continually adjust these change –  simply lose out. 
Adjustment invariably means compromise, which leas to disenchantment  disillusionment. While some young idealists choose to abon their dreams  devote their energies to the practicalities of securing a good job, raising a family  generally advancing in the wld, others continue to cling to their dreams of social, religious, mal, cultural  political transfmation, often living in selfimposed exile at the fringes of society. 
So is there a place f the idealist in the wld today? Isn’t it much better to be a realist? Indeed, Is there a choice at all, since we live in a wld that is daily coping with the ever present threats of terrism, tsunamis  natural disasters, pemics  financial turmoil? In an atmosphere of such uncertainty, high ideals of political freedom, incruptible leadership, business ethics  personal integrity must seem too abstract  simply unwkable when set against the urgencies of jobs, security  sheer survival. 
Now I strongly maintain that despite the seeming irrelevance in a pragmatically iented wld, idealism has a very imptant, indeed necessary role to play in human affairs, the reason being – human nature is able to move fward only in the presence of goals. We inevitably slide back as soon as these are removed. 
We are, in reality, creatures of instinct. We need to guidance of well thoughtout  wellarticulated principles that constitute the essense of ideals. At their most basic level, then, udeaks are no me than the laws operating in every civilised society. In this sense, idealism  realism are not mutually exclusive, but actually compatible with each other. 
Ideals in their highest  most glious fms are a powerful reminder of what human beings are capable of achieving, a powreful stimulus to the human spirit to transcend the limitations of man’s life on earth. 
It is this transcendental powre of the creative mind  the everactive imagination that uniquely defines our species. Without ideals, there would be no great explers, invents, artists  revolutionaries, no movers  shakers to transfm  renew society. 
But what if ideals, being all about perfection, are unachievable, since we are all imperfect creatures? So what? Even if we are not perfectible, we are improvable,  that is exactly what ideals are all about.

                                

LifeHack插件离线安装方法

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 LifeHackChrome插件v0.0.1版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
