***** OVC  One Video Control lets you control all the videos you see while browsing  with your own control.*****

****** Why do I need it?! *******
It exposes new ways to interact with videos: 
A "popout" button to extract the video from the browser  play it as a "st alone", also known as picture in picture,
Scrolling up  down to increase / decrease speed  volume of the video (no me guessing if you want 1.25  1.75, just scroll up  down f faster  slower  with no limitation),
A button to toggle max speed on  off (very useful f fast fwarding advertisements when possible,  just to find that part in the video you are looking f),
Easy ways to go fward  backward, exposes a sht skip  a long skip buttons (defaults to 5  30 seconds),
mute , repeat,  me to come!

*Min bug fix*  when ctrl key is pressed, the OVC shtcuts will have no effect (finally when you copy paste something  the video will not skip fward).

 Keyboard shtcuts f everything!!! if the video is currently playing, you can press: 
a  slow down video,
d  speed up video,
r  reset to default speed (x1),
q  toggle super speed on  off (x16),
w  volume up,
s  volume down,
p  popout video!
z  long skip backward,
x  sht skip backward,
c  sht skip fward, 
v  long skip fward,
m  toggle mute on  off,
e  toggle repeat on  off.
h  hide / show the control. when hidden you can still use the keyboard shtcuts to control the video.

****** Customizable ********
It is all customizable   the look  functionality of it, all the keyboard shtcuts can be replaced, it is ***YOUR*** control.
You can change the number of seconds that will pass when clicking the sht  long skip buttons  using the keyboard shtcuts, 
You can change the increase / decrease in the speed when scrolling on the speed area  when using the keyboard shtcut,

you can select  existing themes,  even CREATE YOUR OWN THEME!

OVC - One Video Control插件离线安装方法

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 OVC - One Video ControlChrome插件v1.0.22版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
