The Premier Toolbar Extension is a convenient way to access all of the Premier Literacy Tools f Google Chrome.  Using only a single login, you quickly have access any of Premier’s Tools:  One Click Reader, One Click Dictionary, One Click Summary, One Click Dictation, Wksheet Wizard, Talking Wd Process  Talking Pointer.  With an easytouse license from Premier, you’ll be able to use any of these tools on Chromebooks, PC’s  Mac’s from anywhere using the Chrome browser.

Talking Pointer:  The popular Premier Talking Pointer is great f reading web content.  It converts the mouse pointer into a reading tool  simply point  listen.

Talking Wd Process:  The Talking Wd Process is a fullfeatured wd process that can hle a wide variety of documents, including PDF files.   It includes wd prediction, content summarization, builtin dictation,  an integrated dictionary.

One Click Reader:  To have any text read aloud with highlighted tracking, simply select text from any webpage  document  click the Reader icon.  Change the voice, the speaking rate,  other personalized reading features.

One Click Dictionary:   Definitions at your fingertips!!  Select any wd from text you are viewing  click the Dictionary icon to get the definition  have it read aloud to you.  You can even speak to the Dictionary  have it look up any wd!  The One Click Dictionary also combines the power of a Thesaurus  Interlink vocabulary f superi writing assistance.

One Click Summary:   If you need to focus on the most imptant infmation in an article, Summary is the tool f you.  Select any amount of text from a passage, click the Summary icon  paste it in.  Set the Summary to any percentage,  within seconds you can have the summarized version of the text read aloud to you.  One Click Summary makes quick wk of studying  research involving large amounts of infmation.

One Click Dictation:  Why type when you can just talk?  One Click Dictation lets you talk instead of type!!!   In fact, there’s no need to “train” it f your voice.  With outsting accuracy, One Click Dictation even hles different spellings f U.S. vs. Canada / U.K. English.  You can proofread your dictated text aloud  copy it into any other application like email, wd processing  online fums!

Wksheet Wizard:  Wksheet Wizard is a great tool f wking with any type of wksheets. Simply access PDF files from any source (including scanners  phone apps)  load them into the Wksheet Wizard.  Flexible capabilities allow you to have text read aloud to you, edit text, copy  paste graphics, add annotations  save your changes directly to the PDF file.  It even has the ability to dictate text,  includes robust wd prediction.


                                

Premier Chrome Toolbar插件离线安装方法

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 Premier Chrome ToolbarChrome插件v4.0版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
