KEEP NOTES AND ORGANIZE PAGES
Bookmark, tag  add notes to pages.

SAVE & HIGHLIGHT QUOTES
Save quotes  other text snippets from pages ( PDFs), highlight quotes on the page.

SAVE IMAGES
Copypaste to save the images  either pictures embedded in the page  screenshots from the page via Snipping Tool  Paint.

SAVE YOUR GOOGLE SEARCHES
When studying a topic indepth, save searches to remember what search terms you’ve used, which ones got great results  how far into the results you have looked.
By default, search saving is turned off, it can be activated f each Google search tab separately.

HELPFUL GOOGLING OPTIONS
Cross out  hide search results that are not useful.
Automatically load the next page with results when you’ve scrolled all the way down.
Instantly add notes  tags to results straight in your Google search.

TAGS WITH VALUE
Advanced tagging: you can add values to the tags. F example, to recd a page’s auth, add a tag like “Auth: ”.  Or, when searching f products  comparing good websites with alternative offerings, add tags to pages such as  “Product: ”  “Price: ”. 
You can group  st by tags  values separately on the all notes page.

RESEARCH UNDER SEPARATE TOPICS
All your pages  searches will be saved under topics that you define. This helps keep your different research topics  be it wk, school  hobbies  separated from each other.

OVERVIEW OF SAVED RESEARCH
A special all notes page gives a comprehensive overview of your topics, pages  searches. See your researched pages either in list  table fmat. Filter pages by text, tags, notes  bookmarks.

PRIVATE
The infmation that you create while wking with the extension  addresses, searches, notes, tags, etc  is sted exclusively in your own browser  is not shared with anyone. 
We only collect anonymous Google Analytics infmation about this products usage to get an overview of what features are used.

Research Notes (Beta)插件离线安装方法

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 Research Notes (Beta)Chrome插件v1.0.3.3版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
