VisualSP Training f Office 365 brings VisualSPs popular incontext, ondem help to Office 365.

Whenever you need help in Office 365, simply click the VisualSP Help Tab. The slideout menu will provide quick access to howto videos, quick reference screenshots, stepbystep guides,  interactive walkthroughs to guide you along your way.

The help content you see is based on the page you are looking at when you click the Help Tab. You wont have to search through hundreds of resources to learn how to do what you need to accomplish right now.

Help is available f ALL Office 365 Apps:
  Outlook Online (including Email, Calendar, People,  Tasks)
  Wd Online, Excel Online, PowerPoint Online, OneNote Online, Sway,  OneDrive
  SharePoint Online  It even recognizes when you are browsing your onpremises SharePoint intranet  extranet!
  Office 365 Admin (including the Security  Compliance  the Admin Centers f: Exchange, SharePoint, Yammer,  Skype f Business.
  Collabation tools: Delve, Newsfeed, Yammer,  Video
  Dynamics 365, PowerApps,  Flow f wkflows  process automation
  Power BI

  And even the newest Office 365 Apps like Microsoft Planner  Teams!

All users will have access to a subset of Office 365 Help content.
  Individual users may choose to upgrade to a VisualSP Training f Office 365 subscription where they can select the Content Pack(s) they need most. 
  Businesses  other ganizations may choose to upgrade to a Stard  Enterprise group license that includes Content Packs as well as the ability to create your own help items, grant help editing permissions to user,  view usage analytics repts  charts.  
 
Stard  Enterprise users can easily add their own help content just f their employees. This is a great way to provide policy  process infmation that an employee might need while perfming a particular task.

Custom help content can be videos, documents, images, webpages,  interactive walkthroughs. The VisualSP Walkthrough Designer makes it easy f anyone to create interactive stepbystep tours. Do you have several employees who need to learn to do a complex process? Create a walkthrough that guides through each step until they are comftable enough to do it on their own. Think of it like bicycle training wheels f your business processes.  

Set up groups of users to "administer" the VisualSP help system f the various Office 365 Apps. These App Help Administrats can select users who can create help items,  select which Office 365 Apps f which the user can create help items.

VisualSP Training for Office 365插件离线安装方法

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 VisualSP Training for Office 365Chrome插件v2.0.50版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
