Our Philosophy

Experimentation  Play
Fiddling, puzzling, playing  experimenting are at the ce of learning. The progressive educational movements of the last hundred years go by different monikers – constructivism, constructionism, “Maker Education,”“Hs on Learning.” The big idea that connects them is that the best learning happens when people engage with materials, deriving their own understing through active inquiry  experimentation – rather than through instruction about the materials. What are the ce concepts of engineering? Try building a bridge out of drinking straws  marshmallows  you’ll probably arrive at a good ption of the answer.


The Right Amount of Scaffolding
The big challenge f educats is how to manage what should be a constant tension  the instinct to show someone how to do something  the harder task of laying out the pieces  engaging them in the task of figuring it out. Sometimes a student is stuck  could benefit from a bit of direction  infmation to keep moving fward. The challenge f educats to devise assignments f students that allows them to develop their own questions  methods, but still help them arrive at the particular understings that we as the educats have been tasked with “teaching.” At the end of the day we may really need to know how to build a real bridge.


A flexible platfm
The goal of ChallengeGalaxy is to create a platfm that allows f this flexibility. We are wking to give learners a place where they can puzzle through the key concepts of programming with optional clues  pointers which can give a h up over a wall, solidify knowledge, confirm suspicions,  open paths to new inquiries. Some people will want a lot of pointers, some will want a few,  some will want none.
                                

Challenge Galaxy插件离线安装方法

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 Challenge GalaxyChrome插件v0.0.6版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
