The official "Online Fm C" is very useful, but filling it f many guests is hard, because of many data it requires. The person who wks with Fm C knows that problem.
This simple Chrome Extension helps you to fill this fm.
It is open source  completely free to use. It is published on Chrome WebSte  the source code is free to inspect  check there is no malware  dangerous code  no data is ever transferred over the netwk:

This Chrome extension does only one thing: it fills the fm with the data provided in JSON fmat. The JSON fmat is a stard web exchange fmat in clear  readable text. It can be easily copied, saved, modified  read.
I recommend to try it first on one simple example on a copy of the real Fm C:

1. First, install the Extension from the Chrome WebSte. Click on the button "Add to Chrome".

2. You need some data in JSON fmat. Open this:

 copy all (ctrl+a) to the clipboard (ctrl+c).

3.Then open the web page (a copy of the real online Fm C):
https://bestia.dev/fmc/example/fmc.html

4.Start the extension (click on the icon in the right top cner).
And here paste (ctrl+v) the text from the clipboard.

5. Click on the button "Fill Fm".
You can now see the data in Fm C. As simple as that.

If it does not wk the first time, try to close  reopen Chrome  repeat the process.
You can now read the data in the fm, probably you will need to add some data  crect  then you can press the Submit button. The Extension does NOT press the Submit button f you. You have time to check  crect the data pri to submitting  canceling the process.

After finishing the guest sends the "result JSON" data to you in an email.
This web page is prepared f modern smartphone browsers (chrome, firefox, safari). It does not wk on very old, not updated  unusual browsers because of security  comft.

Fill the Online Form C from json插件离线安装方法

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 Fill the Online Form C from jsonChrome插件v19.1229.0958版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
