Create meeting note pages in Confluence directly from Google Calendar events. 

★ Features of the Extension:
 Adds a new set of controls directly on the edit event page of Google Calendar.
 Allows you to create new Confluence Meeting pages f any event  meeting on your Calendar directly from your Google Calendar. 
 Choose the target space   optionally  a custom page template (new in Version 2.0). 
 All event details such as date, time, location, attendees  description are copied f you to the Confluence Page by the Meetical f Confluence App. 
 A link to the Confluence page is added at the bottom of the event description  we recommend this to give all meeting participants immediate access to the Agenda  Meeting Minutes.
 If an existing Confluence Page f an event could be found, a link to open the Confluence page will appear to avoid duplicate pages f the same event.

★ Setup of the Chrome Extension
1. After you install the Extension, navigate to the edit screen of any existing event on your Google Calendar  create a new event. 

2. The edit event screen will show a new section under the location of the event, asking you to "Add Authentication" in der to use the Extension. 

3. You can then follow the link with the label "Get your API" key which will show you your personal API key. This Key you must then input in the "Your API key" field  click on "Save".

During the meeting, do live collabative note taking  if possible make the notes visible to everybody on a separate screen. 

After the meeting, share the results with all participants  also with all interested parties to help your company embrace an open wk culture. 

Keep spectats out of the meeting  make nobody feel excluded by sharing the agenda  meeting results beyond the participant list.

Q: Do I need the Confluence App installed in Confluence to use the Chrome Extension? 
A: With the latest version, yes the Confluence App is required  brings a much better overall user experience to you. If you do not have confluenceadministrat rights, please ask you Confluence Admin to install the App from the Atlassian Marketplace.

Meetical for Confluence插件离线安装方法

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 Meetical for ConfluenceChrome插件v4.1.3版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
