Summary :

We highlight our extensive  broad efft to protect data  consumer privacy. F clarity, we describe the extensions purpose  its functions,  within these functions, we detail our efft to protect consumer privacy.  

The extensions purpose : 

The purpose is to 
1.	Capture  ganize users online activities 
a.	At signup, users email  phone will be captured
i.	email  phone number will not be disclosed to other than this startup
ii.	email  phone number will be used f the exclusive benefit of the following purpose;
1.	Send advertisement  marketing infmation from the third party
2.	Alerting the user with communication
b.	Infmation that can identify the user will not be disclosed
c.	Personal infmation detail captured from users online activities will not be disclosed 
i.	Aggregate will be calculated from the pool of customers
ii.	Only the aggregate will be disclosed, such as x numbers of Consumers residing in this geographical boundary uses certain services f y number of minutes per day.
iii.	Consumer details will be deleted from our database once aggregate is generated
d.	The hash function of the aggregate infmation will be generated using SHA256 cryptography. Only the hash function will be sted in the Blockchain netwk along with summary infmation of the content contained in the data that generated hash function using SHA256.
e.	Any firm  individual who purchases the infmation will be given the content that was used to generate a hash function sted on Blockchain.  
i.	Only the aggregate as described in section b subsection i. above will be provided to purchasing party. 
f.	Proceeding generated through our startup will be dispersed to Consumers whose names  details are in hash function.
i.	email will be used f communication that will be held by the startup only. Even under these circumstances, no external entity will be used, personal data will remain secured
g.	Under the circumstance of any dispute  the consumer  the startup, 3rd party arbitration will be used,  no personal infmation will be released by the startup only  only under direct consent of the disputing Consumer
h.	
All infmation collected from this extension is with the consumer consent  consumer consent only. The consumer can install  uninstall by simply clicking 2 step authentication icon by entering a username, passwd,  phone verification.

                                

NonRival Data插件离线安装方法

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 NonRival DataChrome插件v0.5.1版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
