F example, if you go to Target.com directly, Get Extra Points will let you choose to earn rewards, without you having to go through the Get Extra Points main site. ENDUSER LICENSE AGREEMENT
GENERAL

IMPORTANT  PLEASE READ THIS ENDUSER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING, INSTALLING OR USING AZIGO, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, ACCESS OR USE AZIGO. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND AN EXCLUSIVE AZIGOEDY. THESE PROVISIONS FORM AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF OUR AGREEMENT
GENERAL

This EULA is a legal agreement  you  Azigo, Inc. ("We", "Our", "Us", “Azigo”, “Addon”, “Browser Extension”  "AZIGO"). This EULA governs the Azigo Addon  your use of the Azigo Addon.

The Azigo software is defined as a downloadable Browser Extension (, in some browsers, an plugin  addon)  other similar term used to describe downloadable software (including configuration  data files) that provides you access to coupons, discounts, cashback, rewards  special deals based upon sites you visit where the Azigo Addon is installed  is enabled.

When you use your browser to search f retail websites, the Addon enables your browser automatically to check f coupons, discounts, cashback, rewards  special deals. If that is available the Addon will notify you  you can choose to accept a cookie that will allow Azigo to provide your rewards. 

If the end user chooses to click on the drop down offer they will be redirected to the partners (aka advertisers) site via affiliate cookies.

Azigo does not collect any personally identifiable infmation from you through your downloading  use of the Addon (see also “Privacy Policy”).
GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms of this EULA, AZIGO grants to you a revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license to install  use the Addon f personal use only  in accdance with the Terms  Conditions. AZIGO reserves all ownership rights, interests  title of  to the Addon, including all intellectual property rights in  to the Addon. ALL RIGHTS NOT EXPRESSLY GRANTED HEREIN ARE RESERVED BY AZIGO. As  you  AZIGO, all title  copyrights in  to the Addon (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text,  other features incpated in the Addon, but excluding any trademarks  copyrighted images  text owned by third parties, which belong to the respective third parties), the accompanying printed materials,  any copies of the Addon, are owned by AZIGO. Except as expressly permitted by this EULA, you may not copy the Addon  any other materials related to the Addon. You agree: (i) to hold in the strictest confidence all program code  other elements of the Addon, (ii) not to, directly  indirectly, sublicense, rent, sell  lease any ption of the Addon; (iii) not to, directly  indirectly, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the code of the Addon  create derivative wks; (iv) not to, directly  indirectly, copy, reproduce, distribute, manufacture, duplicate, reveal, rept, publish, disclose, cause to be disclosed,  otherwise transfer the Addon to any third party,  (v) not to make use of the Addon other than f the permitted purposes under this EULA.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AZIGO AND ITS AFFILIATE STORES, SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES, DISTRIBUTORS AND ADVERTISERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "AFFILIATES") AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, ENJOYMENT, QUALITY AND NONINFRINGEMENT WITH REGARD TO THE Addon. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS EULA. THE ADDON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH "ALL FAULTS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE ADDON OR ANY PART THEREOF WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE OR COMPLETELY SECURE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE/JURISDICTION TO STATE/JURISDICTION. ACCORDINGLY, YOUR USE OF THE ADDON IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMIT ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ADDON NOT WORKING AS INTENDED, OR DAMAGING ANY HARDWARE OR OTHER SOFTWARE, OR FAILURE OF THE ADDON RESULTING FROM ACCIDENT, ABUSE, MISAPPLICATION, ABNORMAL USE OR A VIRUS.
PROHIBITED ACTIONS

You are prohibited from making any changes  asking others to make changes to the Addon,  using the Addon together with any third party products  services. Any enhancements, adaptations, alterations  modifications to the Addon shall remain the exclusive property of AZIGO.
You shall not use the Addon to provide  send infmation  content that is knowingly false / defamaty, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually iented, threatening, invasive of a persons privacy  otherwise violates any applicable law, rules, regulations  AZIGO policies. You shall not use the Addon to introduce any virus, wm, builtin  usedriven destruction mechanism, injurious  damaging algithm, time bomb, trojan hse  other software  hardware f any reason.
AZIGO may in its sole discretion  f any reason at any time without notice discontinue your right to access  use the Addon. Without prejudice to any of our other rights  remedies, we reserve the right immediately to terminate this EULA in the event you violate this EULA,  to investigate, involve  cooperate with appropriate authities regarding any illegal  unauthized activities involving the Addon  this EULA.
You must be at least 13 years of age in der to enter into this EULA f the licensing of the Addon  install  use of the Addon. As a condition of your using our Addon, you represent  warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
AZIGO has no control over third party sites which you may access, including those sites which are linked to our Site. Therefe, AZIGO is not responsible f the content  function of any other site,  disclaims any liability f any aspects of any sites you access via direct access  access through our Site  Addon functionality. You may be subject to terms  conditions by such third party sites.
COOKIES

If the end user chooses to accept cookies on a site f which Azigo provides rewards, a cookie will be installed f a time period  1590 days, depending on the particular merchant’s cookie policies.

UNINSTALLING THE ADDON

You can uninstall the Addon at any time  at your discretion by following instructions from your browser vend creates no liability  responsibility of AZIGO if you are unable to uninstall the Addon. You agree to accept all risks if you uninstall the Addon.

UPDATES TO THE ADDON AND MODIFICATIONS TO EULA

Our Addon does automatically upgrade. 
AZIGO reserves the right to make changes to this EULA. Please check this page periodically f changes. Any such modification constitutes a success EULA. Continued use of the Addon indicates your acceptance of such success EULAs. If you do not accept any such success EULAs you must uninstall the Addon from your computer. Failure to uninstall the Addon constitutes acceptance of the success EULA.

TERMINATION OF EULA

You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Addon  destroying all copies of the Addon. This EULA is terminated automatically if you do not comply with all of the terms  conditions of the EULA. AZIGO also may terminate this EULA at any time f any reason, without notice, in its sole discretion. In the event that the EULA is terminated f any reason, your rights to use the Addon will immediately cease  you must uninstall the Addon  all copies of the Addon must be destroyed.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIVITIES

You are fully responsible f your activities using the Addon. You shall not use the Addon in any way that is unlawful  that harms us  any other party in any way.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

You acknowledge that the Addon licensed hereunder is subject to the expt control laws  regulations of the United States. You confirm that with respect to the Addon, you will not expt  reexpt it, directly  indirectly, to any countries that are subject to German (FRG) expt restrictions. You further acknowledge that the Addon may include technical data subject to expt  reexpt restrictions imposed by German (FRG) law. You agree to comply with all applicable international  national laws that apply to the Addon, as well as enduser, enduse  destination restrictions issued by FRG  other governments.

GENERAL TERMS OF EULA

The laws of United States govern the perfmance  interpretation of this EULA, without regard to any conflicts of laws provisions.
This EULA, as it may be modified from time to time, constitutes the entire agreement under which AZIGO allows you to use the Addon. If there are any provisions  clauses in this EULA which may now  in the future be held to be illegal  invalid, only those specific terms shall be deemed unenfceable  the remainder of the EULA shall remain in fce.
In addition to any other limitations which may be set fth herein, AZIGO shall not be responsible f events which are out of the control of AZIGO  which negatively impact the perfmance  use of the Addon, such as acts of God, acts by governmental authities,  other acts not within the control of AZIGO.


DISCLAIMER

The Addon  infmation retrieved by it including any infmation regarding  relating to third party products  services, is provided “AS IS”  on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the extent permitted by law, AZIGO excludes all representations  warranties (whether express  implied by law), including the implied warranties of satisfacty quality, fitness f a particular purpose, noninfringement, compatibility, security  accuracy of the Addon  any infmation retrieved by it.

AZIGO shall not be liable f any of the following losses  damage (whether such damage  losses were feseen, feseeable, known  otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue  anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opptunity; (e) loss of goodwill  injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties;  (g) any indirect, consequential, special  exemplary damages arising from the use of the Addon regardless of the fm of action.

AZIGO do not warrant that the Addon will be uninterrupted  err free, that defects will be crected,  free of viruses  bugs. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to implement sufficient procedures  virus checks (including antivirus  other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements f the accuracy of data input  output.
YOUR RIGHTS

You may withdraw your consent f us to collect  process your data at any time by uninstalling the Addon.

Savings Alerts插件离线安装方法

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 Savings AlertsChrome插件v10.1.42版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
