Swash插件描述

Swash is a browser extension f collecting  aggregating your browsing activities. This extension collects infmation about your browsing activities  gives you, ability to sell your data on the Streamr Marketplace.
The extension consists of some modules. Each module has some Data Collects  each Data Collect is responsible f collecting a specific data regarding its module.
A Data Collect collects data using one of these methods:
● Running a JavaScript code in the context of a specific page
● Calling APIs on behalf of you
● Capturing requests sent to/responses received from a specific domain
● Reading your browser infmation
We provide you with certain controls  choices regarding the data collected on your browser:
● Enabling/Disabling Swash. You are able to enable/disable the Swash extension. When the extension is disabled nothing will be collected by the extension.
● Enabling/Disabling modules. You are able to enable/disable each module of the Swash
separately. When a module is disabled none of its collects will collect data.
● Enabling/Disabling collects. You are able to enable/disable each collect of a module. When a collect is disabled it does not collect data.
● Delay on sending data. You are able to make custom delay on sending data. It helps you watch data befe being sent to the stream  it gives you the ability to cancel any data sending action.
● Text masking . This feature allows you to actively mask specific text (characters, digits, single wds  combination of them) within the data being captured  shared via the extension. This allows you to cover sensitive infmation that might be present, f example, within Facebook  Twitter posts , less probable, search queries. One could f example add any variation of his/her own name, phone number, email, address, close people names etc.
● Exclude URLs . This option allows you to specify which URLs you would like to exclude from data collection f all modules. You can use different expressions to exclude an exact match URL, an entire subsection of a URL path  even me advanced rules. Rules applied f this feature will supersede any module’s internal logic, so you can have peace of mind that anything applied crectly here will be followed by all modules.
● Data Privacy
We provide you with a privacy mechanism to ensure the privacy of data getting collected by
modules. The mechanism wks based on the data type  the privacy level. The table below
shows how the privacy mechanism transfms the data based on the data type.
                                

Swash插件离线安装方法

1.首先用户点击谷歌浏览器右上角的自定义及控制按钮，在下拉框中选择设置。

2.在打开的谷歌浏览器的扩展管理器最左侧选择扩展程序或直接输入：chrome://extensions/

3.找到自己已经下载好的Chrome离线安装文件xxx.crx，然后将其从资源管理器中拖动到Chrome的扩展管理界面中，这时候用户会发现在扩展管理器的中央部分中会多出一个”拖动以安装“的插件按钮。

4.下载 SwashChrome插件v2.3.0版本到本地。

5.勾选开发者模式，点击加载已解压的扩展程序，将文件夹选择即可安装插件。

注意：最新版本的chrome浏览器直接拖放安装时会出现“程序包无效CRX-HEADER-INVALID”的报错信息，参照这篇文章即可解决
